  • A complete redesign is requested after approval.
  • The refund request is made after the allowed timeframe.
  • Your business changes its name or shuts down.
  • The reason for cancellation is personal, such as changing your mind or disagreements with a partner.
  • A 12% processing fee will be deducted for any client-initiated refunds.
  • No refund is allowed once the final files are delivered.
  • Free items are not eligible for refunds or revisions.
  • Services like Social Media, SEO, Domain Registration, or Web Hosting are non-refundable.
  • For websites, refunds are not available after the design is approved and sent for development.
  • For logos, refunds are not available after the design is finalized and files are delivered.
  • Refunds do not apply to work outsourced to third parties.
